This practice handles contract disputes arising from international sale, distribution and agency arrangements, related civil litigation, and criminal matters where a company or its officers are involved.
The practice also covers investor-State dispute settlement under bilateral investment treaties and the investment chapters of free trade agreements, including proceedings before the Korean courts arising from such claims.
