Advisory and research work for Korean government ministries and public institutions, principally on international trade and investment, cross-border transactions, and public procurement.
This includes commissioned policy research, comparative legal analysis drawing on both Korean and common law jurisdictions, support on the drafting and interpretation of international agreements, and advice on public procurement and bidding frameworks.
